Simply return your purchase, in new condition and original box please, and we will refund your money, less the shipping charges. It's that easy!
About Special Orders & Single EarPin Purchases
On special order merchandise, all sales are final. Special order merchandise cannot be returned by us to the factory. Likewise, if we order you a replacement earpin, or you choose to order just a single earpin, all sales are final. Single earpins also cannot be returned to the factory. How To Return Your Purchase
Note: If the reason you are considering returning your EarPins is that you can't figure out how to put them on or keep them on, please read our FAQ.
To return your purchase, please call us at (386) 252-0010 (or e-mail us at stacey@earpins.com) to let us know to look for your package. Then pack the EarPins in their original gift box in a safe package, including your name, phone number, credit card number and send via US Post Office or UPS to our store address:

We strongly suggest that you insure the package you are returning- we cannot be responsible for lost merchandise.
When your package arrives at our store safely, we will credit your charge card or issue you a check in the amount of your purchase, less the shipping charges.
Additonal note: Although you do not have to give any reason for returning your purchase, we always appreciate your input so that we can better serve our customers in the future.
